This Specialization gives learners a practical, end-to-end playbook for hiring and onboarding in today’s workforce. Across five courses, learners will define roles clearly, write stronger job posts, choose better recruiting channels, run thoughtful outreach, make evidence-based selection decisions, close candidates with ethical negotiation, and build onboarding experiences that help new hires ramp faster. By the end, learners will be able to design more consistent, inclusive, and effective recruiting and onboarding systems that improve candidate quality, decision-making, acceptance rates, and early employee success.
Applied Learning Project
The projects in this Specialization are practical, workplace-based assignments that mirror the real work of hiring managers, recruiters, and HR partners. Learners will create role and success briefs, rewrite job posts, map sourcing channels, draft outreach campaigns, design evaluation frameworks, compare candidate evidence, build offer and closing plans, and develop pre-boarding and 30-60-90 day onboarding plans. These projects help learners apply each skill to an authentic hiring challenge while building reusable tools, templates, and decision frameworks they can bring directly into their own organizations.
