Le doy una estrella porque no hay cero, mire que tenían una nueva actualización donde agregaban un curso con IA, pero al actualizar pensé que me iba a agregar el curso yo voy por el curso y me borro mi progreso y me regreso al , por favor soporte ayudarme, estoy tan decepcionada y molesta por este error tan grabe del sistema

I thought i would get a certificate by completing one course not the whole 9 courses but i was wrong. I donot want to dive in the field of cybersecurity i just wanted to have some basic knowledge and a "certificate" but certificate will be given after completed whole set.

Te hacen comprar un curso que te da la historia de la ciberseguridad y cosas que sabe todo el mundo o te podes informar muy facilmente. Terminas este curso y ya te estan vendiendo el proximo que seguramente sea lo mismo y termines sin aprender nada

I purchased the Cybersecurity Basics course expecting full access and a certificate. But in modules 3 & 4, it asked for extra payment, so I couldn’t finish or get my certificate. This wasted my time. I request a full refund with compensation.

To many videos and unnecessary talking. I dont want to know the livestory of my tutor. I just want to learn the stuff and get my certificate. I bet if you cancel all the videos and unnecessary stuff you can do this certificate in 3-4 hours...

I see no practical skills and lab. The theoretical knowledge with lab and real life practical skills will be highly effective. Theoretical knowledge alone will gain us nothing and cannot secure job in this competition market.

Wikipedia articles and a lot of motivational speeches, but it's just 1 out of 8 parts and its clearly meant to only be a general introduction
