After completing this course, you will have a strong foundational understanding of agile principles and practices and hands-on experience with Jira Software Cloud. The course was thorough and up to the mark. Labs provide a great hands on learning. Couple of more labs may have helped grasping easy creating or editing options of procedures. I enjoyed the course.

This is a very helpful course about learning how to use Jira and also covers some basics of Agile project management and Scrum in one package. And better yet, the instructor is from Atlassian.

I found this course very comprehensive. Beginners can learn foundation knowledge and concepts of Agile along-with Jira . Above all labs are well-designed and give learners hand-on experience of Jira

The content is a great introduction to Jira, however the delivery in the videos was very dry and I would have preferred an option to just read through the slides and transcript at my own pace.

I found some disconnect with the free Jira version and the course. I am not surprised by this since this course is not part of a Jira release and would need to be updated in lockstep with the tool.

Course is in detail and it covers every feature of JIRA. With examples, screenshots & Lab exercise, I am sure anyone who attends this course will have enough knowledge to handle basic JIRA
