In this course, you’ll focus on how you show up as a leader—through your presence, communication, and the trust you build with others. You’ll explore how leaders influence culture, lead beyond formal authority, and communicate with clarity and confidence.

You’ll also examine what builds (and erodes) credibility and how to strengthen trust in your day-to-day leadership. Throughout the course, you’ll apply practical strategies to develop a leadership presence that is authentic, consistent, and effective. By the end of this course, learners will be able to: • demonstrate behaviors that build leadership credibility and trust. • apply strategies to lead beyond formal authority. • communicate with clarity and confidence to influence others. • analyze how leadership presence shapes team culture and outcomes. • strengthen personal leadership presence through self-awareness and intentional action.

This module introduces the core foundations of leadership presence, emphasizing that leadership is not defined by title, but by behavior, mindset, and impact. You will explore how leadership shows up in everyday actions, how leaders shape culture through their behavior, and what it means to take ownership of your role as a leader. Through reflection and application, this module challenges you to move beyond task execution and begin leading with intention, influence, and accountability, regardless of formal authority.
